Answer the following questions for a quick risk assessment of your home.

||Do you believe that a loaded gun that is kept in the home for protection increases the level of safety of your family members?
||Are there children who come home from school to a dwelling that has an unsecured gun and no parent or adult?
||In your home, is there an unsecured gun and someone who uses alcohol or illegal drugs?
||In your home, is there an unsecured gun and someone who has shown violent behavior?
||In your home, is there an unsecured gun and someone who suffers from or who has suffered from depression or other mental illness?
||Does any member of your household carry a gun outside the home for any reason either with a gun permit or without a gun permit ?
